Circles and Ciphers handles all shipping in-house. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

• Shipping costs are pre-calculated at checkout.
• The average delivery time is 7-15 business days.

Delays or Lost Packages

In the event of a shipping delay or lost package:

1. Please contact us at cassius@circlesandciphers.org or candcinfo@circlesandciphers.org with your order details.
2. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, including investigating with the carrier and, if necessary, issuing a replacement or refund.
